De groep had nog vele andere hits voordat zij in 1975 uit elkaar gingen. In 1979 werd een poging tot een re\u00fcnie gedaan, maar die duurde maar twee jaar. Shocking Blue herrees in een nieuwe samenstelling in 1993 met Mariska Veres, maar zonder Robbie van Leeuwen.
